Quality of the product is our main focus. We want to ensure we provide you with a high quality, premium product. If the product you receive is not to standard then we are very sorry. 

WAVE warrants all of the products we sell to be free of defects in workmanship or material for a period of one year from the date of purchase (proof of purchase must be provided).

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns due to a change of mind, so please ensure you are happy with the concept of this product!

Our warranty is subject to the following limitations:

A) Products damaged by misuse or anything other than defects in material or workmanship are excluded from coverage under this warranty

B) WAVE assumes no responsibility for products during shipment from the customer to our warehouse/warranty department

C) All products returned to WAVE for warranty inspection must receive prior return authorisation which can be obtained by contacting WAVE support via our email: wavecups@gmail.com (we will then send you a return code)

D) Any repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty only

If WAVE, in its sole discretion, finds a product to be defective, WAVES only responsibility shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective part. 

WAVE are confident that you will be satisfied with your product, we have very high standards are will always ensure that your product is something that we would be happy to receive ourselves.
